The Head of Corporate Sales, America will contribute to the Nuix mission of delivering strategic and enterprise solutions for corporate customers. This role will drive sales strategy and partner closely with our CEO, America and other senior Nuix leaders of cross-functional teams to expand our footprint in key vertical markets within the corporate space. Success in this position requires experience in leading a key sales region for a Global company and to develop and manage the sales pipeline applying solution selling methodologies to complex technical selling engagements.. Key Responsibilities:. Develop and ensure our customers' experience is above expectations. Develop and own corporate sales strategy and annual sales plan to support delivery of organizational strategy and agreed targets. Develop sales objectives, including sales targets, cost of sales, product profitability and market share for the American corporate market. Provide support to sales team by participating in and leading client and prospect meetings and/or engaging other corporate resources as required. Collaborate with CEO, Americas and other senior Global leaders as relevant on sales opportunities, pipelines, forecasts and business efficiencies. Coach, mentor and develop the sales team in all aspects to build high a performing team. Partner with internal stakeholders and executive team to develop strategies to meet the organization's goals. Ensure communications and collateral are coordinated and represent Nuix's brand. Direct implementation of sales policies and practices. Qualifications & Experience. 10+ years in a senior sales leadership role in like industry working with Fortune 1000 companies. Proven track record to manage multiple selling strategies and approaches to market. Proven track record of building and leading results-driven sales teams. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets year on year. Demonstrable career progression over the last 5 years. Skills and characteristics:. Excellent track record of coaching and developing a team to high performance. Proven role model and advocate for team/regional & organizational change/transformation. High level of honesty and integrity with a strong work ethic and proactive thought leadership. Highly energetic, passionate about servicing the client and driven to succeed. Demonstrated problem-solving ability to identify and resolve complex operational, regional and executional problems with attention to detail. Proven ability to deliver and thrive in a fast paced, agile environment within ambiguity. Excited and passionate about our Nuix story/mission/values. Commitment to work collaboratively and cross functionally. Proven ability to exercise initiative and judgment as well as make decisions within the scope of assigned authority organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment with close attention to details. Superior influencing and negotiating skills. Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills with both the client and internally at all levels including proven success motivating and developing team and cultivating collaboration to achieve organizational objectives. Strong organizational and planning skills with a focus on key priorities. Previous experience working across varied time zones with a willingness to work flexible hours and travel.
