CORPORATE SALES DIRECTOR - Upscale Independent, Assisted Living and Memory Care Provider - Washington State Relocation available! CLIENT * The owner/CEO is a very successful developer, owner, and operator who has built a great reputation in the senior living industry. * This mid-sized company is very conservative financially and is growing steadily in meticulously selected markets. * The culture is open, honest, and ethical with no internal politics. * They have a flat management structure and no bureaucracy. * Highly innovative, creative, values-driven, with an impeccable reputation. POSITION SUMMARY * Report directly to the CEO and lead a sales team of ~15. * Responsible for oversight and implementation of sales programs, policies, and practices for all of their communities. * Establishes proper bench marking and metric based performance monitoring while providing leadership, coaching and mentoring to our teams. * Develops, directs and oversees the organization sales functions including strategies, training, coaching, methodologies, processes and implementation. * Provides training and consultation to Community Relations Coordinators, Executive Directors and other team members as needed in areas including but not limited to: sales strategies, competitive analysis, inventory management, pricing, sales incentive programs, database management, external business development, internal sales presentation, lead generation and closing practices. * Instills corporate sales culture and structure to ensure the organization delivers a proven sales platform that our sales professionals can embrace and utilize. * Establishes proper bench marking and metric based performance monitoring while providing leadership, coaching and mentoring to our teams. * Travel to communities within the portfolio to provide oversight and implementation of sales programs, policies, and practices. * Works with communities and COO to establish fair market pricing for all suites. * Strong base, lucrative commission and bonus plan, equity shares and growth potential to become VP of Sales.
