One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service as listed below:
- Assist with the design, requisition, acceptance, and project management of broadcast and audiovisual equipment projects or programs.
- Provide project or program management support of digital systems.
- Analyze, repair, and operate voice, data, satellite, and video communications systems.
- Provide recommendations for existing and future programs in support of audio/visual, web, photography, print, and graphics operations.
- Experience with video encoding platforms and video transmission over fiber and satellite.

Undergraduate and Graduate Education: Major study in electrical or electronic engineering, mathematics, physics, public utilities, statistics, computer science, telecommunications management, information systems management, business administration, industrial management, or other fields related to the position.
Experience: Experience in evaluating, analyzing, developing, managing, or improving communications systems, procedures, and requirements that demonstrated knowledge of current developments and trends in communications concepts and technology.
