This position is a Full Performance level DCIPS position. DCIPS Full Performance positions include GG-12 and GG-13. The NRO is accepting applications from U.S. Citizens and current GS/GG-12 and GS/GG-13 Federal Government employees for this position. Federal government employees, who currently are a GS/GG-12, GS/GG-13, or equivalent, may ONLY apply for lateral reassignment at their current grade level and step. For the GG-12
- Assists in Program Management of Intelligence Community (IC) security requirements, regulations, policy, procedures and control in the areas of Signature Reduction and Identity Management.
- Applies Department of Defense (DoD) & Intelligence Community (IC) regulations pertinent to Signature Reduction and Identity Management.
- Assists in creating Signature Reduction and Identity Management policy and plans for Personnel Identity Management within the Intelligence Community (IC).
- Knowledge of Special Access Programs and their impacts on Intelligence Community (IC) support operations.
- Participated in a diverse community of DoD, Military and Intelligence Community (IC) to support complex Signature Reduction and Identity Management activities, plans, programs, policies and operations.
- Applies Program Management to Intelligence Community (IC) security requirements, regulations, policy, procedures and control in the areas of Signature Reduction and Identity Management.
- Utilizes Department of Defense (DoD) & Intelligence Community (IC) regulations pertinent to Signature Reduction and Identity Management.
- Assists in creating Signature Reduction and Identity Management policy and plans for Personnel Identity Management within the Intelligence Community (IC).
- Assessed Special Access Programs and their impacts on Intelligence Community (IC) support operations.
- Collaborates within a diverse community of DoD, Military and Intelligence Community (IC) to support complex Signature Reduction and Identity Management activities, plans, programs, policies and operations.
