    Applicant must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies/knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. Experience must be reflected in your resume.

    Specialized experience required for this position is:
    1. Utilizes Program Management to Intelligence Community (IC) security requirements, regulations, policy, procedures and control in the areas of Signature Reduction, Identity Management and Sensitive Support Programs
    2. Develops and presents complex Signature Reduction and Identity Management policies, strategies and support plans for Senior Executive Service and Military General Officers.
    3. Teaches Signature Reduction and Identity Management policy and support plans for Personnel Identity Management within the Intelligence Community (IC) to subordinate officers.
    4. Applies Career development policies and mechanisms for DoD civilians and Non-Defense Federal Agencies (NDFDA) officers.
    5. Leads a diverse community of DoD, Military, NDFDA Officers, Intelligence Community (IC) and contractors to support complex Signature Reduction and Identity Management activities, plans, programs, policies and operations.

    Specifically you will be evaluated on the following competencies:
