Cyber Penetration Tester, Senior

Key Role:

Perform automated and manual hands-on Cyber penetration security testing as a member of the Booz Allen Hamilton's internal team, identifying security risks within the firm's applications, security controls, and its network infrastructure. Plan, execute, and report on all testing activities and outcomes. Work with compromise Web applications and systems. Conduct network, Web, WIFI, and other penetration testing activities. Execute covert team Cyber operations to mimic adversary tactics. Promote computer security awareness within the firm using hacker demonstrations, including working with Cyber-defenders, and presenting detailed security testing project debriefs.

Basic Qualifications:

-6+ years of experience in Cybersecurity related field
-4+ years of experience in executing Web application, network, and system
penetration tests for customers
-Experience with penetration testing tools, including Metasploit and the Kali Linux tool
-Ability to assist remediation efforts for discovered vulnerabilities
-Ability to mentor junior and mid-level staff by teaching the latest penetration testing techniques
-Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients, teammates, and senior leadership
-Ability to operate and lead organized security testing engagements with minimal assistance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Web application development, system administration, and the software and system development life cycle
-Experience with covert computer network exploitation
-Experience with programming
-Knowledge of best practices related to coding

-Ability to craft custom exploits for proof of concept code

-Ability to script using Python or Ruby

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP)
