This position provides executive level support for the Vice President of Corporate Services in Freddie Mac's Finance Division. The role will provide primary administrative support to the VP including coordination with Corporate Services Directors and team members within these areas.

Position requirements include high level of organization and coordination skills, high quality customer relationship skills, and a desire to participate in a high-performance work environment.

Responsibilities include:
* Scheduling meetings and managing calendar entries for the VP including planning team events, assisting with complex meetings, securing meeting space, prioritizing meeting requests and resolving scheduling conflicts in an efficient manner
* Meeting preparation & follow-up; reviewing upcoming meetings for the week to ensure all the information needed is provided and sending out agendas or documents to meeting attendees
* Providing telephone coverage for VPs including screening in-coming phone calls, responding to inquiries and re-directing as appropriate
* Arranging travel logistics and inputting expense reports
* Navigating the company's internal resources to obtain services and resolve issues in a timely manner, as well as ordering and maintaining office supplies
* Preparing departmental organization charts, correspondence, presentation materials, communications, reports and maintaining files of key documents
* Submitting requests relating to the building environment (offices, department areas, copy rooms, and pantries) including requests for lights / HVAC for evening and/or weekend critical activities and serve as space liaison
* Providing administrative back up support for other Division admins as needed
* Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives with designated leaders on the team
* Support the coordination of internal and external communications, in coordination with the department leaders
* Working with the team to update dashboards of key performance indicators, including supporting the quarterly BPR submission
* Participating in program management of key projects, which involves duties on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, including organizing and gathering information from various departments, leaders, etc.

Qualifications

* Job requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and skills may be obtained, five-years' experience in an executive assistant role and a thorough knowledge of company operations
* Experience preparing documents and presentations; preparing and tracking various business reports as well as maintaining spreadsheets and database information
* Must possess strong experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & SharePoint) Adobe indesign, and CoStar.
