The Single-Family Division is looking for a Business Management Senior Analyst to join the Chief of Staff function that supports both the EVP Single-Family Business and the Chief Client Officer, Single-Family Business.

Your responsibilities will generally fall within the following categories:

Inclusive Engagement
  • Manage SF Division Inclusive engagement strategy & deliverables
  • Champion Office of the Client Department Employee Engagement strategy
  • Partner on SF Division & Office of the Client Department Internal Communications & Event Planning
  • Liaison with other FM divisions on a variety of activities. i.e. ETX, Compliance monitoring, BPRs, etc)
  • Facilitate SF Division Business Management

Internal Operations
  • Provide strategy & management over SF Division Workspace
  • Partner on Office of the Client Department Workspace strategy & management
  • Manage SF Division Delegation of Authority (SF DDA) process
  • Manage & maintain a variety of SharePoint sites

Executive Support
  • Provide governance & management of SF Division Executive team meetings
  • Provide governance & management of Office of the Client Department Executive team meetings
  • Support executive client outreach meetings & engagement.
  • Maintain & manage SF Leadership Portal
  • Lead special projects as identified


  • Typically has 5-7 years' experience of related professional work
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Strong technical skills with Microsoft systems and SharePoint
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
