JOB PURPOSE: Assisting with creating and distributing marketing and sales materials for corporate and division levels. This position will also be heavily involved with website maintenance through a content management system. Some social media work by creating fresh content strategy to promote the company via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube and other channels. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Duties and Responsibilities: Support branding, promotions, sales efforts through creation of digital and print ads, flyers, email marketing, billboards, direct mail and other mediums Manage and update web site postings using web portal Be highly committed to providing excellent customer service Assist with developing and producing printed and electronic publications as well as coordinating the same with outside print companies Other duties as apparent or assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge and Skills Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Publisher, Social Media: You Tube, Facebook (Business Prospective), Twitter, Pinterest, Linked In Direct, Articulate Communicator with excellent written communication skills (copywriting) Exceptional attention to detail, including ability to follow business processes to complete tasks Works well in a fast- paced environment with competing priorities Ability to sit and use computer on a continuous basis Organized in day to day approach but flexible in attitude Thorough knowledge of sales and marketing function in a business environment, including the ability to work creatively within the brand standards Minimum two years experience in graphic design in a business environment Ability to function well in dynamic and collaborative environment Education and Work Experience Minimum 2 years working experience Degree in Sales, Marketing, Graphic Design or related field from accredited institution preferred and/or combination of education and 2 years experience Previous new home builder experience desirable
