Capgemini Government Solutions (CGGS) LLC is seeking a Lead Human Resources (HR) Business Partner responsible for a small team, with accountability for advancing the development and implementation of people processes and programs ranging from simple to complex, in support of growing the Capgemini Government Solutions (CGGS) practice. Job Responsibilities: As this is an evolving business, the ability to effectively handle both tactical and strategic efforts is essential. Performing current state assessments, developing requirements and executing plans for various processes, policies and practices, in collaboration with key stakeholders is vital to the role. The successful candidate will serve as an advisor to a geographically dispersed team in matters including but not limited to performance management, talent development/management, employee engagement/retention strategies, employee relations, compensation strategy, learning and development and other new and ongoing initiatives. In managing a small team, the Lead HR Business Partner will provide functional and thought leadership through training, coaching and team building activities, while demonstrating leadership agility and strong business acumen. Additionally, the successful candidate must be highly analytical with a proven ability to use seemingly disparate fact patterns, along with HR data, other trends and deep HR expertise, to provide comprehensive and creative recommendations to stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years Human Resources experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered. Demonstrated track record of independently developing and executing successful, creative, and forward thinking Human Resources solutions. Proven experience in Human Resources process reengineering and design, talent management, employee relations, performance management and compensation planning Demonstrated strength in verbal and written communication, including experience writing communications and other HR related collateral for broad distribution. Ability to be flexible, resourceful, organized and work in a fast-paced business environment, while balancing standard duties with special initiatives and ad-hoc activities. Demonstrated success operating in an environment of high ambiguity and competing priorities. Advanced user of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point. Ability to manage multi-faceted projects with multiple stakeholders. Proven HR change management experience. Limited travel will be required within the Washington Metro Area and occasional travel to other states. No international travel is required.
