Growing local nonprofit seeking a full-time Payroll Specialist to administer payroll. This position is 30 hours/week (flexible hours). For over 50 years The Arc of Greater Prince William/INSIGHT, Inc. serves individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in the Greater Prince William area through a variety of services. The Payroll Specialist is responsible for payroll setup, maintenance and processing along with other related payroll functions for two nonprofit agencies using ADP Workforce Now. Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred. Word processing and Excel experience required. 3+ years of payroll processing experience required preferably with ADP. Personal Attributes: Strong organizational skills, ability to work as team member, ability to prioritize projects and attention to detail required. Other Skills and Attributes: Non-profit experience along with experience with Traverse general ledger helpful.
