We are currently seeking Telecom Engineers to become part of a team leading the functional design of a Telephony system, Command Center Applications and Enterprise Reporting capabilities for a new Customer Care Platform within the financial services industry.Project:Immediate needs for Functional Design/Process consultants that have experience with Command Center applications (NICE WFM/Engage and CUIC).Project looking to hire 3 Functional consultants to work on the functional design of a Telephony system, Command Center Applications and Enterprise Reporting capabilities for a new Customer Care Platform within the financial services industry.The project is in the Requirements/Design stage and the Functional Analysts will work on User Requirements, heavy documentation, user storiesThe Software Apps include: Nice Engage Quality Assurance SoftwareWorkforce Management Scheduling softwareCUIC Reporting Software - this sits on the front end of Cisco need SQL skills build reports within the application and retrieve data from the database using SQLLooking for candidates that like a challenge, have strong communication skills, are comfortable with client interaction, dedicated to learning the apps, and have experience with requirements gathering.
