The Customer Care Associate fulfills responsibilities primarily through, managing and responding to all internet and phone inquiries, communicating effectively with each customer/prospect by setting and confirming appointment driven floor traffic. You will be responsible for selling and/or leasing a minimum of units per month based on goals established by location.
