An ideal candidate will be a certified, experienced educator and administrator who is well-versed in 21st century instructional practices and who possess a strong commitment to the education of children.ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent required. Minimum of three (3) years experience in education administration and business administration. Minimum of one (1) year teaching experience required; three (3) years teaching experience preferred. May substitute experience with an educational services company for teaching experience. Meets minimum preparation, experience and/or any state required credentials to comply with applicable state regulation and accrediting boards. Knowledge of principles, techniques, goals and objectives of early childhood education. Demonstrates knowledge of and proficiency with technology and commitment to the unique role it plays in education. Sales and/or marketing experience. Prior recruiting and onboarding experience.
