MIL currently holds several multi-year contracts with NAWCAD in the areas of Cyber, C5ISR, and Information Technology systems.

The MIL Corporation is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager for our REPS Engineering Services Sector in Lexington Park, MD. The Quality Assurance Manager will have primary responsibility for MIL REPS's ISO 9001:2015 - certified Quality Management System (QMS). The Quality Assurance Manager will work to ensure that all products and services meet or exceed requirements and that internal systems and processes are continuously improved.

Key Duties
  • Manage, maintain, and improve the MIL Corporation REPS Sector's Quality Management System.
  • Ensure continuing Quality Management System compliance with the International Standards Organization (ISO) 9001:2015 standard.
  • Perform thorough revisions of existing Quality Management System documentation by reviewing each procedure, form, and document with functional leads and subject matter experts.
  • Ability to develop ISO training curriculum.
  • Ability to deliver ISO training to all members of the MIL Corporation staff.
  • Lead document maintenance activities, including rewriting as needed.
  • Capture and present metrics based on quality management initiatives.
  • Perform functions of Lead Internal Auditor.
  • Plan and conduct internal company audits and manage the corrective action process.
  • Assist in external audits (ISO certification or customer).
  • Develop materials for, and present quality management data at, annual management review meetings.
  • Develop and review quality management cost estimates in support of projects/tasks.
  • Perform quality assurance tasks related to project work (in-process inspections, drawing reviews, etc.).
  • Ensure contract compliance in quality and process improvement areas.
  • Maintain and update the Quality Management System SharePoint site.
  • Perform duties and responsibilities as a customer service provider to all functional leads and ISO stakeholders.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
  • AA/AS
  • Currently possess a DoD Secret Security Clearance or higher.
  • Experience with technical and project management.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to independently identify and solve complex problems.
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001-2015 Standards.
