A new and innovative company has come to your area and they are seeking an experienced Production Manager for our new Fiberglass Mat Line. As the Fiberglass Mat Production Manager you will:Support the daily activities of 20+ employees.A' Directs the activities of all Shift Leaders who have responsibility for Fiberglass Mat production lines and employees. Ensure all work is coordinated and a minimum of down time occurs. Review daily personnel and production needs to recommend overtime or reduction of hours as necessary. Prioritize efforts to safely maximize production and efficiency. Work closely with Coating Production Manager to properly plan and coordinate production schedules so customer delivery requirements are met while controlling WIP and finished goods inventory. Supports a safe working environment across all shifts, with a positive attitude supporting teamwork.Production Responsibilities (50% of your time)A' .A' A' A' A' A' A' A' A' Reviews machine productivity.
