Established DC real estate firm seeks full-time Executive Administrative Assistant for the Chairman. Our firm operates in multiple real estate disciplines: hotel development and management, multifamily, office, and industry. This is a 1 to 3-year position that is perfect for a recent college grad who is figuring out next career steps, or for a grad who is interested in opportunities to learn the real estate business - deals & transactions, financial analysis, hotel operations, and more. The Assistant position includes typical office manager duties while working closely with and assisting the company executives. We are looking for a candidate who is polished, well-spoken, trust-worthy, extremely organized, and motivated to learn. As the Administrative Assistant, you will work closely with the executive team and have the opportunity to grow and learn the business. As the Executive Assistant, you will be a knowledge bank maintaining working knowledge of active projects and pursuits - and critical to the day to day success of the Chairman

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree from a 4-year college/university, preferably with some experience with administrative tasks.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems (digital, paper, and cloud)
  • Maintain orderly office

  • this job is a good fit for you if you are a generalist with a liberal arts degree, and you want to work in D. C. for a year or two while planning your next steps; but it's EXCELLENT for someone with an interest in real estate who wants to work closely with executives with years of experience and success.
