Cinteot is seeking an experienced Siebel Developer to join our team in McLean, Virginia. The selected candidate will become part of the Department of State (DOS) Consular Systems Modernization (CSM) Program, for the Bureau of Consular Affairs (CA). This initiative is intended to modernize and consolidate the operational environment under a common technology framework in order to better support the services provided to CA's customers. Roles and Responsibilities:Prepare deployment packages and documents for Siebel CRM application updatesSupport upgrading Siebel CRM applications from Siebel 8.1.x through IP 2015 and higherSupport and perform functional and automated testing of Siebel applications using availableautomated testing tools (eg Oracle Application Test Suite)Support configuration of Oracle BI publisher based reportsDevelop and test Siebel back end services such as workflows, Enterprise ApplicationIntegration (EAI) componentsDevelop and test new features and enhancements on Siebel OpenUI frameworkPerform development of fixes and troubleshoots issues in Siebel based applicationsSupport configurations and customizations of Siebel CRM employee and external-facingapplications (eg Siebel Public Sector, Siebel eService) Basic Qualifications:Must have a current, active Secret (or higher) clearance. Interim clearances may beconsideredBachelor's degree and eight (8) years' experienceAbility to configure out of the box Oracle BI Publisher report templates as well as developnew reports to extract and display data from Siebel databasesExperience in supporting development and maintenance of Siebel workflows and usingintegration based capabilities using Siebel EAIKnowledge and hands-on experience developing HTML5 based user interfaces (eg AngularJS) using Siebel OpenUI framework and Siebel Tools or other popular UI editorsExperience in configuring and customizing Siebel repository for employee and external facingapplicationsAt least 3 years of experience developing and/or supporting Siebel CRM applications (usingat least version 8.1x, or higher such as IP 2015/2016) This position requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen. Must possess an active Secret security clearance in order to qualify.
