    You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement:

    GS-13 LEVEL: You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service: Specialized experience for this position includes: A wide range of analytical and evaluative methods and techniques, both qualitative and quantitative; management and organizational principles to apply to programs, projects and studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of operations and means to improve them. Knowledge of project management and organizational to evaluate complex projects and studies and the ability to identify problem areas, trends, deficiencies, or other similar factors affecting operations. Your experience should include an understanding of budgeting methods and techniques, the ability to prepare analyses and estimates, and oral communication techniques sufficient to present findings, deliver briefings, and negotiate solutions to disputed recommendations.

    - The experience may have been gained in the public sector, private sector or Volunteer Service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.

    Twenty Five (25) Positions are located throughout Information Technology division to be filled in any of the following locations:

    Fresno CA, Washington DC, Atlanta GA, Chamblee GA, Covington KY, Lanham-Seabrook MD, Detroit MI, Holtsville NY, Charlotte NC, Philadelphia PA, Memphis TN, Austin TX, Dallas/Farmers Branch TX, Ogden UT, Kearneysville WV, Florence KY, Kansas City MO and/or Andover MA.

    -We may select from this announcement or any other source to fill one or more vacancies.

    -This is a bargaining unit position.

    -Must successfully complete a background investigation including an FBI criminal history record check (fingerprint check).

    -Tour of Duty: Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.

    : Your application will be evaluated in the following areas: Project/ Program Management, Analytical/Critical Thinking, and Oral and Written Communications Category rating will be used to rank and select eligible candidates. If qualified, you will be assigned to one of three quality level categories, (i.e., A = Superior, B = Highly Qualified, C= Qualified) depending on your responses to the online questions, regarding your experience, education, and training related to this position. Your rating may be lowered if your responses to the online questions are not supported by the education and/or experience described in your application.

    Veterans' preference is applied after applicants are assessed. Preference-eligibles will be listed at the top of their assigned category and considered before non-preference-eligibles in that category.
