Supervisor Inbound Call Center Position Position located in Hunt Valley, MarylandAbout UsWe are currently looking to fill a Supervisor Inbound Call Center Position located at our customer in Hunt Valley, Maryland . We are seeking a self-driven individual to complement the team. Will be providing direction and support of daily operations to staff in handling inbound calls from clientele for the Child Card Subsidy Program . MUST HAVE SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE IN A CALL CENTER ENVIRONMENT AND LONGEVITY SHOWING ON YOUR WORK HISTORY PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Supervise one or more groups of Customer Service RepresentativesPlan and control workload to assure quality of serviceAssign and review work of staff for completeness and accuracyAbility to handle escalated inquiries in a timely mannerAnalyze work to determine cause of errors and recommend corrective actionImplement corrective action, policy changes and procedural changesParticipate in evaluation of staff on a consistent basisMust be able to sustain team dynamics and provide team buildingMust have the ability to coach staff, monitor calls for quality, excellent soft skills and the ability to train others on the skills required. MUST HAVE SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE IN A CALL CENTER ENVIRONMENT; ALSO MUST BE ABLE TO MULTI-TASK AND ALSO HAVE EXPERIENCE BEHIND CUSTOMER SERVICE AS THIS SUPERVISORY POSITION WILL BE TRAINED IN ALL DEPARTMENTS IN ORDER TO HELP COVER FOR LEAVES, ABSENCES, ETC.; ALSO MUST SHOW LONGEVITY ON YOUR JOBS AS WELL Please email your resumes and contact information to Teri and we will be making calls regarding this position immediately so please make sure your contact numbers are included.
