- Experience applying a proficient level of skill in selection and application of targeting methodologies to the identification of targeting actions and the development of specific targeting solution recommendations in support of concept and operation plans, and operation orders.
- Experience assessing the adequacy of existing plans to support the "real world" parameters of crisis and contingency operations.
- Experience analyzing operational reports to integrate qualitative and quantitative information and present findings to senior leaders regarding the effectiveness of operations.
- Experience in the selection, adaptation, and application of joint fires, precision fires, collateral damage estimation, and targeting database software and tools to facilitate target planning and target data basing requirements in accordance with joint publications and standards.
