Cyber Tools Delivery Lead, Senior

Key Role:

Support the implementation, deployment, and transition of Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) tools across seven diverse, federated, and geographically dispersed departments and agencies simultaneously. Leverage a variety of management, conflict resolution, and risk mitigation techniques to resolve implementation, deployment, and transition issues for all internal and external stakeholders. Lead a team of technical and non-technical subject matter experts to research, prepare, and deliver client-ready documents, presentations, and other materials on a variety of topics, including engineering plans, technical architectures, deployment and implementation schedules, order sequences, and product catalog items. Define, implement, and manage a metrics-based approach to track CDM implementation and interface with internal and external stakeholders to incorporate tracked metrics into relevant status and dashboard reports. Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy in collaboration with other team leaders to identify, assign, and align resources appropriate to the work to be performed, including helping to build a dynamic, agile organization that can respond quickly to ad hoc demands, while maintaining the necessary quality levels. Support the development of intellectual capital related to next-generation Cyber opportunities and support whitepapers, proposal efforts, and client discussions that help the team grow into new and adjacent business areas.

Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience with supporting clients across a wide variety of IT and non-IT environments

-Experience managing programs throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

-Experience in interfacing directly with senior government CISOs, CIOs, or contractor program manager staff

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with CDM tools and agencies, including function of each tool in government environments

-Experience with leading the execution of FISMA-related programs across large and complex multi-agency environments

-Experience with leading and identifying security-related gaps in government environments and identifying and implementing solutions to close those gaps

-Ability to be patient with a friendly demeanor under stressful circumstances

-Possession of excellent time management skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-MBA or MS degree in Management or a related field
