Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital, located in Charlottesville, Virginia, is hiring a full time Director of Quality and Patient Safety.

Position Overview
  • Strategic oversight and support for the hospital's patient safety program
  • Root Cause Analysis program effectiveness, training and support
  • Organization-wide quality improvement activities
  • Infection prevention and control
  • Oversight of physician peer review processes
  • Participation in annual DNV/ISO processes
  • Oversight of 5.5 FTE's:
    • Infection Control
    • Stroke
    • Quality Improvement
