Optima Health is seeking an engaging, rapport-building professional to join our Richmond-based sales team in the role of Senior Sales/Client Specialist- Large Group.

Hours and Location:

Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
Richmond, VA office

Position Overview:

The successful candidate will provide robust administrative and sales support to the Regional Senior Client Executive- Large Group and provide superb customer service to our valued clients and brokers. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and sales-savvy, and an effective communicator who will build relationships internally and externally to help grow membership in the Virginia market.
