Optima Health Community Care is seeking a Care Coordination Technician
to work at our Richmond, VA office.

Hours/Shift:
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Department/Position Overview:
This is an inbound/outbound call center role with a focus on member education, follow-up and authorization processing. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase customer-focused initiatives and multi-tasking capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a demonstrated experience with: call center or fast paced medical practice, medical terminology, clinical experience or clinical knowledge, Microsoft Suite. Minimum 2 years experience required in a clinical capacity role, support role or setting. Previous authorizations experience is a plus.
