Sparks Group has partnered with a growing healthcare organization seeking a new Business Development Manager. This individual will be responsible for growing the business and outreach of the organization. You will be the face behind the organization so if you have strong networking skills with at least 3 years of business development experience in healthcare, please apply below!
Responsibilities:
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings and presentations.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives for territory.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities and key decision makers..
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients as well as responding to RFP's.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience working in business development
- Minimum 1-2 years working in the healthcare industry.
- Bachelor Degree Required
- Must have excellent communication and networking skills.
- Must have your own form of transportation
