Job Summary/Company:

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting both a manager and a team
  • Filing documents, including printing and scanning
  • Taking minutes during meetings
  • Putting together meeting packets
  • Preparing mailing lists
  • Helping with any other necessary administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications/Background profile:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative role and performing administrative functions
  • Experience communicating and working closely with all levels of management
  • Proficiency with software such as the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook
  • Ability to work part-time, two days per week
