Job Summary/Company: A progressive foundation for reproductive rights seeks a Membership Coordinator to work closely with Communications team to execute the goals and objectives of the team and greater organization. Candidates with CRM or database experience highly preferred. Tons of growth potential!

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborates with the Membership team members to provide project support across the membership department
  • Responds to member inquiries and ensuring member satisfaction
  • Processes new member applications
  • Improves member familiarity and usage of members-only website
  • Helps maintain accuracy of membership database
  • Assists in the development of membership policies and procedures
  • Coordinates and promotes communication among departments regarding membership changes and projects
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 2-3 years of related professional experience with customer service or membership organizations, preferably for the reproductive health community or social sector
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, manage, and prioritize diverse and detailed tasks
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and data
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with NetForum or other membership databases preferred
