Candidates must have BS in Civil Engineering, EIT, AutoCAD/Civil 3D experience, and stormwater experience. Local experience and PE strongly preferred. PROJECT ENGINEER: Career oriented Civil Engineer with 0-5 years experience in land development. BS in Civil Engineering required and relevant AutoCAD/Civil 3D experience, experience in Northern Virginia, and stormwater experience preferable. Must have Green Card or US Citizen.
