IFS, Inc. is conveniently located in downtown Westminster and has an opportunity for a full time office administrator/bookkeeper. The ideal candidate will be experienced in QuickBooks and Excel, and display excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to prioritize duties.Responsibilities:Answer and disperse all incoming telephone callsEnter all AP invoices in QuickBooks, expediting payment issues as necessaryPlace, update and monitor client supply orders through various vendorsCreate and send client invoices based on designated billing scheduleMonitor weekly record of company credit card chargesCreate and mail packages of sample deposit bags and pricing for new clientsParticipate in conference calls with clients, banks and/or vendors as necessaryCommunicate with clients and vendors, as instructed, for platform updates and inquiriesManage internal office equipment maintenance and updatesManage relationship with building owner/managerManage the inventory/serialization of DTS deposit bag manufacturing processManually test durability of deposit bagsManage company asset lists along with insurance policiesVisit local post office to collect daily mailMonitor internal notification tools; SupportBee, Trello and SlackDownload various vendor reports and monitor for client activityAssist with event planning for periodic client and vendor workshops and the annual DTS Connex ForumData entry for new client implementation as necessaryTo learn more about the exciting services IFS, Inc. offers our growing list of clients please visit www.aboutdts.comJob Type: Full-time
