Candidates must have the ability to successfully research and write motions; draft discovery requests and responses; participate in deposition preparation and assist with conducting and defending depositions; performing e-discovery and technology assisted review; and participate in hearings and trials. The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering or computer science. Admission to a State Bar is required and admission to the Patent Bar is preferred.
