Remote candidates will be considered for this position.If you think you have the right stuff and you aspire to be a Sr. Marketing Automation Consultant or Marketing Automation consultant, then please apply!RequirementsMinimum 3-5 years Marketo experienceBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology or related fieldAbility to communicate and present to clients from practitioner through C-levelPrior Consulting Experience (Internal consulting acceptable)Project management experienceWillingness to do whatever it takes to create happy clientsExperience with other marketing automation platforms like Eloqua, Hubspot, Pardot, Marketing Cloud is a huge bonus.Must be able to work independently and within a teamMust have an aptitude for technical challenges as well as business acumen.ResponsibilitiesMeet with clients in-person and remotely to define business requirements and architect complex solutions leveraging Marketing Automation (MA) systems like Marketo, recommend best practice solutions to clients, and configure MA systems. This includes confidently and comfortably presenting to and discussing solutions with clients ranging from entry level to C-level members.Manage the technical design, configuration, implementation, and customization of MA systemsConfigure MA platforms to integrate with various systems including the following CRMs:, Oracle, Microsoft DynamicsDesign new emails, forms and landing pages for clients in accordance with their branding guidelines Set up, update, and test campaign elements such as emails, landing pages, and forms. You'll get your hands dirty but also delegate some of these tasks whenever possibleMentor and coach Junior Consultants and work closely with them to complete project tasks in a timely fashion through effective delegationAssist in sales efforts including scoping services recommended for our clients, managing your assigned clients through renewal, and creating SOWs.Guide clients on program and individual asset (email, form, landing page) testing strategy such as A/B testing.Work with clients to understand and provide guidance on reporting strategy, inside and outside of marketing automation, to include key performance indicators, dashboards, and closed loop reporting to track campaign activity, effectiveness, and profitability.Analyze marketing and/or sales operational processes to identify and recommend efficienciesEnsure timeliness and quality of all project deliverablesManage multiple projects that are delivered on time and on budgetCreate happy clients who are eager to renew with usMostly work-from-home with occasional travel within the United States to client sites and DR team meetingsHave fun and grow with us
