PEG performs at every level of contracting from commercial structures to residential dwellings to charitable endeavors.Website:www.pegenv.comJob Purpose:Support Director of Design and Residential Design LeadSalary:Starting Salary: $45K per year$50K per year with EIT CertificationDuties:Perform and review HVAC load calculations, duct sizing, and system sizing per ACCA StandardsProvide support to analysis team Communicate any auditing areas to Management and provide options for resolutionOrganize scope into major categories to outline deliverables and milestonesDetermine primary time table for deliverablesModify critical paths based on prevailing conditionsDevelop workarounds to overcome obstacles in the critical pathIntegrate, review, and validate critical relationships with primary partiesReceive and understand client constraintsAble to modify and adjust to software - Manual J Software, AutoCAD, Wrightsoft-Wrightdraw, RESCheck, REMrateManage and control all data through Excel and SharePointInterface with Operations, Owners, and Subcontractors to discuss impact of work and resolution of problems.
