The Marketing Coordinator will provide support for business development and marketing initiatives and tasks which enhance the market position and sales growth of the organization. This will be achieved through administrative and general support of the Business Development and Marketing division. Position Objectives Assist in the creation, organization and maintenance of standard marketing resources/materialsAssist in the creation and follow-up of opportunities and proposalsUpdate and maintain personnel and project databases and other CRM systemsAssist with drafts and the production of basic and customized SOQs for specific marketing and proposal effortsAssist with drafts and the production of handouts and presentations for meetings, project interviews and speaking engagementsAssist with producing and updating opportunity-specific flyers, media and social media, as needed.Assist with investigation and execution of targeted marketing contacts, associations and programsReview assigned printed and electronic publications (local and regional) for RFP/RFQ/SOQ advertisements, prospective clients, and articles of interestAssist with pre-qualifications, registrations and membership applications and renewals.Aid in the identification of client prospects and collect prospect contact informationOther duties as assigned. Qualifications Desired:0-5 years of experience in technical writing, marketing, communications, and/or graphic designA college degree or college coursework in business, marketing, graphic communications or a related field, or equivalent experience in a similar position and setting.Good written and verbal communications skills, detail-oriented, organized, proactive, teachableDemonstrated ability to prioritize and take initiative to complete tasks with critical deadlines.Experience in photo editing, web design, and managing social media.Proficiency with a variety of software, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Prezi, CRM platforms, and Adobe Photoshop.
