You may start at the GS-09 grade level at $57,510.00 or GS-11 grade level at $69,581.00, if you meet the following minimum qualification requirements.
EXPERIENCE OR EDUCATION:
Specialized experience at the GS-09 level: One year of specialized experience at the GS-07 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level in the private sector applying budget processes, standards, procedures, principles and practices. Examples of specialized experience may include: gathering, compiling, and analyzing financial data, performing budget formulation and budget estimates; interpreting and applying budget regulations
Education: 2 full academic years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B or J.D., or equivalent doctoral degree
Specialized experience at the GS-11 level: One year of specialized experience at the GS-09 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level in the private sector applying budgetary principles, practices and policies to the analysis of budget. Examples of specialized experience may include: performing financial analysis of budgets; conducting analyses, reviews, and special studies of budgetary-related issues, managing and/or monitoring obligations incurred and actual expenditures of budgets, funding and performing budget formulation and preparation of an analyses of annual and/or multi-year budget estimates.
Education: 3 full academic years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such degree or LL.M., or equivalent doctoral degree
