    You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement. 

    GS-14 LEVEL:
      You must have 1 year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: Experience performing a wide range of in-depth research analyses using evaluative methods and techniques, both qualitative and quantitative, sufficient to accomplish complex projects or studies broad in scope and magnitude to determine the impact on operations; Applying management principles and processes to perform project/program management duties (e.g., gathering and consolidating project needs, leveraging resources, planning, scheduling, and managing timelines to meet milestones, track and monitor progress, and make recommendations). Identifying trends or problems to systemic processes, providing corrective actions or solutions to improve efficiency; Experience presenting information such as program area processing procedures, IRM updates, analytical findings, (e.g., consolidation of data analysis documentation) guidelines, and job aids, to individuals or groups; Conducting briefings, preparing reports and/or recommendations, responding to inquiries, and providing technical expertise or guidance to appropriate audiences. 

    -The experience may have been gained in the public sector, private sector or Volunteer Service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
