GS-12: You qualify for the GS-12 level (starting salary 83,398) if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level performing duties such as: planning, directing and executing a wide range of administrative programs; independently managing portfolio of assigned real estate properties.
You qualify for the GS-13 level (starting salary $99,172) if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level performing duties such as: coordinating lease actions to include relocation, expansion or renovation; and developing cost projection, scope of work and project schedules.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Time-in-Grade: Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. Qualifications Must Be Met: The qualification requirements listed above must be met by the closing date of this announcement.

- Ability to coordinate matters that involve conflicting requirements, e.g. balancing the agency needs against security requirements and budgetary shortcomings.
- Knowledge of facilities management regulations, principles, theories, concepts and practices to perform space and security requirements.
- Skill in using software, (e.g. MS office Suite, AutoCAD) and equipment in order to track records, financial data and prepare graphical representation.
- Ability to communicate to a diverse group of individuals.
