Job Title: Retail Marketing Manager The Retail Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of Omni-channel regional acquisition and retention marketing campaigns designed to drive increases in incremental sales, rental accounts, repair accounts, and private lessons. Superstar candidates will be able to:Develop and execute annual marketing plans nationwide by obtaining buy-in from key stakeholders.Create Omni-channel marketing promotions incorporating traditional, digital, social, and experiential marketing tactics.Supervise and mentor junior Retail Marketing CoordinatorEvaluate market progress using data to inform valuable recommendations for future executions.Creating generation, creation and data-mining reporting as needed.Supervise all logistical, administrative and communications aspects of events planning, community relations, publicity and local advertising for the designated regionPitch, track, and justify budget expenses for regional marketing programs at store and regional Develop event-related campaigns that drive new sales and deepen relationships for Music & Arts brand.
