Your role in helping us shape the future:

This position is for a hands-on IT Manager who will oversee Financials, HRMS and CRM Systems, including Oracle E-Business financial suite (AR, AP, GL, Procurement, Fixed Assets, Service Contracts. etc.), Oracle HR, Hyperion, Salesforce SFDC and other SaaS applications.

Are you up to the challenge?

  • Manage all technical, procedural and operational aspects of the software development lifecycle. Provide directions and oversight to the team. Ensure operational effectiveness and a high-quality customer experience.
  • Lead the team which is responsible for development and support of various components for Oracle EBS modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, HRMS, PO, OTL, OSC) and Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Facilitate the planning and execution of business changes. Oversee prioritization of change requests, resource allocations and delivery of solutions ensuring value realization.
  • Serve as a technical architect or developer if needed, providing and promoting industry standard design. Perform research, support pilots, and investigate potential solutions to help anticipate the business needs.
  • Work closely with stakeholders and business owners in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, and support cost-effective technology solutions. Understand their needs and play the role of liaison between IT and the business units; communicating delivery timelines and managing user expectations.
  • Communicate decisions, priorities and relevant project information to appropriate levels of staff regarding business unit requests, projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams, work on the data integrations projects.
  • Manage staff development and training through established HR guidelines.

You should definitely have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of the experience working in IT or Finance departments.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite in AP, AR, GL, FA, PO modules, APls , Oracle Database and Oracle Tools.
  • Full understanding of the RDBMS concept and knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Ability and desire to manage and develop people.
  • Ability to lead and manage under conditions of ambiguity and uncertainty. Proven organizational skills in working across organizational boundaries and reporting lines - ability to work in a matrix environment as required.
  • Demonstrated discipline, analytical skills, problem-solving abilities and attention to details.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with peers and executive leadership.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, including facilitating change, driving operational excellence, and striving for continuous improvement in fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to be approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
  • Creativity, professionalism, proactiveness and an interest in new technologies.

It would be nice if you had:

  • Experience working as a Saleforce (SFDC) developer.
  • Experience working as an Oracle EBS developer.
  • Basic understanding of Accounting Principles.
