Freddie Mac is currently seeking a Risk Analytics Manager (Implementation manager) to join the Credit Innovation and Analytics team in the Single-Family division. The team owns credit policy and analytics as it pertains to the borrower's capacity to repay the mortgage. The team is responsible for developing and implementing technical solutions for automating the manual processes of assessing borrower assets and income using big data, analytics and third-party service providers.

This position will play an important role on all Capacity related offerings to drive requirements and help implement policies and to support multiple project as a member of the Credit Analytics and Reporting team.

Responsibilities include:

*Responsible for leading team of analyst and tester to drive the requirements and products related to asset and income (AIM).
*Review and provide input on the credit risk exposure derived from banking and financial services activities.
*Support polices and help develop systems to validate income and assets to support the mortgage origination process.
*Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business, Freddie Mac Tools and other Loan Origination Systems
*Recommend various solutions pertaining to income and asset using, Data analysis, current Freddie Mac systems.
*Identify gaps in existing data, processes and recommend solutions.
*Provide timely, relevant, robust analysis to support credit-related business decisions
*Ensuring business process flows and requirements are in alignment with upstream/downstream data
*Must be able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
*Receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals
*Present ideas and recommendations to management
*Lead and support change control process across multiple projects.
*Work with Freddie Mac internal stakeholder to assign priority and help develop solutions in timely manner.
*Work with project team on reviewing detailed design document, support System Testing, End-to-End testing, and UAT.
*Manage and Support post-production validation.
*Support project management tasks as defined by the Project Manager

Qualifications

*Typically 8-10 years of related experience
*Bachelor's Degree in Business management, economics
*5+ years experience implementing technology solutions and project management
*Minimum 3+ years of people management experience
