    You must meet one or more of the following basic requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
     
    GS-12 LEVEL: You must have 1 year of specialized experience at the level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service.  Specialized experience for this positions includes:  Knowledge of analytical methods and procedures sufficient to conduct research and provide advice/recommendations on the application and integration of Internet services;  Knowledge of the assigned organization sufficient to work programs and processes, consult and coordinate with appropriate experts, and ensure that website development meets the information needs of the customer;  and, Knowledge of website development sufficient to discuss and work problems with appropriate experts, understand and interpret policies and procedures governing the planning and delivery of Web products, and to provide advice, guidance, and recommendations on issues affecting Web design. In addition to the above your experience must include participating in the audit of website content and creating plans for future content based on user needs and business goals. Experience providing digital strategy, producing analysis and trends on online activities to identify needs and opportunities, to increase brand awareness and seek opportunities for growth and change. You must have experience introducing new concepts and strategies that improve or revise the way an organization uses digital technologies. Experience collaborating on Website content and design to present information in a comprehensive, user friendly manner. Experience analyzing online trends, design, user experience, and technology concepts to plan for short and long-term improvements.

    GS-13 LEVEL:  You must have 1 year of specialized experience at the level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this positions includes:  Knowledge of analytical methods and procedures sufficient to conduct research and provide advice/recommendations on the application and integration of Internet services;  Knowledge of the assigned organization sufficient to work programs and processes, consult and coordinate with appropriate experts, and ensure that website development meets the information needs of the customer;   Knowledge of website development sufficient to discuss and work problems with appropriate experts, understand and interpret policies and procedures governing the planning and delivery of Web products, and to provide advice, guidance, and recommendations on critical issues affecting Web design; Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing to articulate findings and recommendations and to prepare reports and assessments for management; Ability to develop technical content for the Web; and Knowledge of industry best practices for managing Web projects that provide transaction support or interactive capabilities to users and an understanding of effective User Experience principles. In addition to the above your experience must include leading the audit of website content and creating plans for future content based on user needs and business goals. Experience providing oversight for digital strategy, producing analysis and trends on Agency or enterprise online activities to identify needs and opportunities, to increase brand awareness and seek opportunities for growth and change. You must have experience introducing and implementing new concepts and strategies that improve or revise the way an organization uses digital technologies. Experience collaborating with geographically dispersed stakeholders on Website content and design to present information in a comprehensive, user friendly manner. Experience analyzing online trends, design, user experience, and technology concepts to provide oversight for short and long-term planning.
    - The experience may have been gained in either the public or private sector or VolunteerService. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
