Applicant must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, and will typically be demonstrated by working at, or immediately below the level of the job being advertised. The previous work experience must clearly demonstrate the application of the particular competencies/knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position.
Specialized experience required for this position is:
- Providing counterintelligence (CI) support to arms control treaty missions and related activities OR
- Utilizing experience with foreign intelligence and security services OR
- Conducting CI inquiries, support to investigations. force protection assessments, relationship/liaison with law enforcement and intelligence community partners in support of an agency's CI mission OR
- conducting pre and post travel annual CI Awareness training as well as CI input to Threat Vulnerability Assessments of critical infrastructure.
