  • GS-13: You qualify for the GS-13 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal service performing duties such as: Planning and/or conducting special studies; Preparing and/or providing briefings and presentations on analytical findings and recommendations; Developing, implementing, and/or monitoring management information systems; Providing technical assistance and support to management; and Evaluating the applicability and effect of new or proposed legislation, executive orders, organizational directives, and other organizational decisions on operations, managerial programs and requirements.

    GS-14: You qualify for the GS-14 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience at the GS-13 level performing duties such as: Developing and/or evaluating policies, determining applicability and effect of new or proposed legislation; Preparing and/or providing briefings and presentations on analytical findings and recommendations; Implementing, developing and/or monitoring sophisticated management information systems; Coordinating, and/or overseeing a variety of complex management programs impacting agency activities; and Planning and/or conducting broad and/or in-depth special studies.

    Based on your responses, you will receive a score from the Assessment Questionnaire between 70 and 100. Applicants will be referred to the hiring manager for consideration in accordance with the terms of the agency Merit Promotion Plan.
