The Multifamily Data Program mission is to provide reliable and consistent data to support MF business.

The MF Data Program is comprised of three workstreams - Data Governance & Management, Acquisition, and Consumption (System and Reporting). The Multifamily Data Program is seeking a Business Process Associate to augment the existing team to support the Data Acquisition and Data Consumption workstreams.

Your Work Enables Decision-Making and Falls into Three Primary Categories:
  • Understanding the Process - Create representative artifacts defining current, transition, future, and/or ideal state flows
  • Understanding the Technology - Identify interactions, and their use cases, with technology throughout the lifecycle of a loan and security
  • Understanding the Data - Realize what information is required and when… whether that information is shared between systems, people, or a combination of the two


  • Typically has 2+ years' experience in Process Analysis, Business Systems Analysis, or Business Requirements
  • College degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • Data analysis skills to support data mapping, data query, and profiling
  • Experience participating in Testing activities, including developing test scenarios/test cases and expected results, and conducting text execution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of the mortgage industry, preferably commercial or multifamily real estate (origination, underwriting, securitization, servicing and asset management)

Key to Success in this Role:
  • Agile, Formal BA training, Data Warehouse training or certification, SQL
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and positive can-do attitude
  • Ability to work independently as well as across multiple teams and disciplines
