Job Details
Duties and Responsibilities
25% Manages the VP's calendar and ensures that the VP is well-informed of upcoming events and commitments, the VP's schedule is maintained, and internal and external constituents are provided with access as required .
20% Coordinates communications between VP and agents, managers, talent, and creative teams for all produced and presented shows.
15% Researches and drafts written materials for the VP's completion, creating professional-level materials that require minimal editing prior to presentation.
15% Maintains notes and records for all VP producing projects; anticipates next steps and assists in moving projects forward
15% Handles travel arrangements (domestic and international) for the VP and processes all corresponding expense reports and credit card bills
10% Assists in the day-to-day operations of the Theater department, including general administrative tasks such as billing, shipping, and ordering supplies and materials
Education/Experience
Bachelor's Degree required
Minimum of two years' work experience in a related field.
Minimum Skills and/or Knowledge Required
Strong interpersonal skills (verbal and written) and the ability to interact with a variety of internal and external constituents
High-level organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks
Excellent attention to detail
Expert level written communication skills
Strong decision-making capability
Proactive and self-motivated
Demonstrated ability to work as a team player as well as the ability to work independently to both anticipate the SVP's needs and pre-empt problems
Expert in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms; Tessitura experience a plus
