We are looking for a Scrum Master who will be responsible for simultaneously leading multiple teams and to deliver value added features through several agile methodologies including SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc. The "Scrum Master " will develop an understanding of the teams' dynamics, process maturity, and his/her work to help optimize their delivery flow by facilitating SAFe PI planning events, sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews and the sprint retrospectives.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent of education and experience
  • 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master on projects using Agile software development methods, e.g., Lean and Scrum. SM & SAFe certified as a (SM) or (SPC) is a plus.
  • Experience working with software development teams, Jira and other tools to implement Scrum Processes is required.
  • Knowledge of Servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency is needed.
  • Incumbent must have experience working with User Experience (UX) design practices in an Agile/Scrum environment and possess a deep Lean-Agile knowledge.
  • Must have a thorough understanding of Agile techniques and methodologies: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games, values, procedures and ceremonies.
  • Must also excel at applying a wide variety of patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (i.e., numerous burn down techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.).
  • Incumbent must have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse personality types.
  • Must understand technical issues at a high level. Strong writing, communication and facilitation skills are required.
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills are needed. Ability to coach the team to reach their highest potential is required.
  • Must possess a collaborative approach to driving decisions.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail is required.
  • Ability to take initiative, manage own workload, and assume responsibility for tasks is needed.
  • Must be able to multi-task, handle multiple projects, and meet internal and client deadlines.
