  • CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

    • SELECTIVE SERVICE: Males born after 12/31/1959 must be registered for the Selective Service.
    • DEU REQUIREMENTS: Applicants selected under delegated examining procedures may be required to successfully complete a one-year probationary period (unless already completed).
    • GOVERNMENT TRAVEL CARD: This position involves travel.  A government contractor-issued travel card will be issued and must be retained for official business only.
    • BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION: You will be required to complete a background/security investigation and meet preliminary requirements prior to onboarding.

    To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience requirements.

    To qualify for the GS-12, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equal or equivalent to GS-11, it must include: 

    • Experience analyzing, manipulating and modeling GIS data, reporting to other agencies, and incorporating into other GIS systems.
    • Experience in applying GIS practices and procedures that include linearly referenced data, analyzing data from other sources, geometric and global positioning systems.
    • Experience coordinating meetings and organizing multi-task project schedules.
