Applicants must demonstrate one year (52 weeks) of SPECIALIZED experience equivalent to the next lower grade/pay band (FG/GS-13/FV-I) in the Federal Government. Specialized experience is defined as that which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities required to successfully perform the duties of the position, and is typically in or directly related to the line of work of the position to be filled.
Examples of Specialized experience include but are not limited to the following areas: researching, analyzing, identifying and recommending alternative solutions to complex Human Resources issues, possesses knowledge of human resources functional program areas, knowledge of and experience in HR Program Management and experience with data analyses as it relates to HR policies, principles, rules and regulations. .
