  • Enrolled at least half-time at qualifying educational institution.
  • Ability to work a full-time work schedule from 6/24/2019 thru 8/30/2019.
  • To be eligible, you must be currently enrolled or accepted for enrollment on at least a half-time basis in an accredited high school, college (including 4-year colleges/universities, community colleges, and junior colleges); professional, technical, vocational, and trade school; advanced degree programs; or other qualifying educational institution pursuing a qualifying degree or certificate. Certificate programs are defined as post-secondary education, in a qualifying educational institution, equivalent to at least one academic year of full-time study that is part of an accredited college-level, technical, trade, vocational, or business school curriculum.

    In addition, High School students must provide their most recent report card to verify a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.0 or greater.

    If selected, official transcripts/school verification form and report card must be submitted prior to establishing a start date.

    Veterans' preference applies in the hiring process. In order to receive preference in hiring, you must clearly identify your claim for veterans' preference when you apply.

    Must maintain student eligibility and enrollment for the duration of the internship.

    To qualify at the GS-1: You must be enrolled in a high school diploma or General Education Diploma program.

    Pathways Internship Program Requirements:


    • Must be enrolled or accepted as a degree-seeking student.
    • Must be enrolled or have been accepted for enrollment in an accredited school.
    • Must be taking at least a half-time academic course load.

    You must maintain good academic standing, as defined by your school, generally at least a 2.0 GPA for undergraduate programs (cumulative; no rounding) and a 3.0 GPA for advanced degree programs.

Documentation may be a photocopy of a school verification form, transcript, official documentation of registration, tuition bill, or if a new student, a copy of the acceptance letter from the college or university.  If selected, an official copy will be required prior to appointment.
