Executive Assistant II:
Ability to perform a wide variety of administrative duties, including but not limited to: maintaining Vice President's records and preparing for committee meetings; preparing letters, reports, and meeting minutes; scheduling meetings; maintaining calendars; coordinating special programs/projects; implementing office procedures and performing other secretarial duties to maintain a professional office environment.

Qualified candidates will possess:
• Associate degree in business administration or equivalent experience required
• Strong computer skills
• Minimum of 5 years' experience working in an office setting
• Ability to work independently and takes the initiative
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects
• Ability to process and organize large amounts of data
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent telephone/speaking/communication skills; tact and positive demeanor
